Fee Structure

WINDA is free to use for Course Participant and Organisation Users.

Training Providers' usage of WINDA is subject to applicable fees as described below.

Annual Licensing Fee

The Annual Licensing fee will grant Training Providers the right to use the GWO Badge in accordance with the Fair Use Policy, have their location displayed on the map of Training Providers on WINDA and GWO's website and get access to WINDA functionality. The Annual Licensing fee is currently set at EUR 650.00 per GWO-certified training account.

WINDA Training Credit Fee

When a Training Provider delivers GWO training, a record of the training must be uploaded to WINDA. The upload of a Training Record is subject to a fee: a WINDA Training Credit. WINDA Training Credits must be purchased by Training Providers in advance and are consumed when a Training Record is uploaded to WINDA.

The base fee for a WINDA Training Credit was most recently adjusted on 1 April 2024 and set at EUR 11,00.

The WINDA Training Credit base fee is subsequently adjusted in two ways..

1.   Annual increase in accordance with the Danish Net Price Index, as of October the year before the adjustment,

2.   Adjustment per country in accordance with the most recent UN maintained and published Human Development Index.

The annual fee adjustment take effect as of 1 April each year and Training Providers are informed with at least three months' notification prior to adjustment.

The current fee for a WINDA Training Credit ranges from EUR 4.30 to EUR 11.15. WINDA automatically calculates the fee according to each Training Provider's registered country location. Click here for a full list of WINDA Training Credit fees by country.

Purchase of WINDA Training Credits by credit card may incur a fee. Please ask your credit card company for any fees associated with online purchases.
